GSR 18 V Li - or better

First - I hope you accept an english contribution. Mein deutsch is leider slecht aber ich verstehe meistens.

In december 2012 I got a Bosch GSR 18 V Li with two 2,6 Ah accus.
I often hear that DeWalt is the brand to have, but this GSR has more than fulfilled my expectations, and it has features which IMO exceed the DW. The short mainhead should not be overlooked.
It 's combination of power and nimbleness is a perfect mix for the majority of jobs.

All went well until the other day when it cut out. Pushing the trigger the motor runs for 1 - 10 seconds - - and stops. No response for a minute and then you can have this intermittent function again.

Ah - well, I suppose I've had five good years and now I must buy a new one.
Taking a few glances at other makes I decided to go for the same model again. Meanwhile a lot of water has run under the brigde and there are numerous Bosch models similar to the GSR 18 V Li. I'm looking for something as good or better.
So - can you help me select the right model for me? 
What about the GSR 18 V 60C ? My two accus still works fine. Will they fit a -60C?

erstmal herzlich Willkommen hier im blauen Profi Forum.

Du hast Dir mit dem GSR 18V-60 C schon das richtige Gerät mit etwas mehr Power als dem GSR 18V-LI rausgesucht.
Auch die Akku-Packs von Deinem alten GSR passen noch an den GSR 18V-60 C.
Aber ich kann Dir nur den guten Rat geben Dir den GSR 18V-60 C bei der aktuellen Preisentwicklung nicht als Solo gerät zu kaufen. Wirtschaftlich ist eine Komplett-Set sicher lich sinnvoller.

Bitte nach dem Kauf nicht vergessen das Gerät online zu registrieren um die Garantieverlängerung auf 36 Monate zu erhalten.

I agree, the minor price difference makes a purchase of a complete set a better choise.

first of all welcome to the German Bob Community!

Great to hear that yoo were very satified with the GSR 18 V-LI! The GSR 18V-60 C is the newest version of the tool. The new one is a bit shorter, the drill chuck is made of metal an you have some electronics. 

I hope you will be also satified with the new model.

Sadly most af them are close to useless when you need advise, but this one seems to function very well.

Mein Bruder hat zwei GSR 18V Li-2 und ich den 18V EC, der praktisch der Vorgänger vom 60C ist.

Ich hatte es ausgetestet: die kleinen Akkus von meinem Bruder in meinem GSR 18V EC und meine 4Ah Akkus in seinem 18V Li. Die Maschine sind damit nicht so gut ausgewogen wie bei der Originalbestückung.

Deshalb unterstütze ich den Rat, Akkus mitzukaufen. Es ist ein viel besseres Gesamtpaket.
