Help Requested: Bosch ID Label and Order Number

Hi, I just bought and registered a new drill and batteries GSR 18v-110c (+2x5maH Batteries):
The box came without the normal seal (with the ORDER NUMBER) with all the information so I don't have the numbers which I need for the free Battery (Bosch 360 Pro Deals)....do I perhaps have a used / fake drill and new box as this seal is not there and the ID Label on the Drill itself?
Help from Bosch Official would be greatly appreciated....thanks in advance Steuart

Then the order number should be: 0 601 9G0 174
The ID label is only optional if you have the new ID stickers - you dont need this for the Pro Deal.
